Residential Supervisor

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Residential Supervisor to join our team in Lancaster!

That’s where you come in!
We need you to play a vital role in providing daily therapeutic support and guidance for children and adolescents so they can achieve the highest level of independence. Every day, you will have the opportunity to see the positive results of the work you do. You will develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with children, demonstrate exceptional verbal intervention skills and will effectively implement individual client treatment plans. You will guide and support staff and provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
• One year of experience in residential care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Shifts Available:
40 Hours, Evenings, Weekends
