At The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa we pride ourselves on providing the best hospitality experience in the Vail Valley, and we are looking for a detail oriented Residential Services Coordinator to join our team!

Duties Include:
- Owner Liaison: Assist with owner needs, concerns and requests, reservations, maintenance and housekeeping coordination
- Owner CRM Management: Update and keep accurate the owner customer management system, including contracts and accounting documentation
- Responsible for regular unit inspections
- Communication: Monthly Newsletter, website and assist with HOA meetings
- Real Estate/Sales information: Accurately communicate property information to real estate agents and potential purchasers
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $21- $23 / hour DOE + $1,000 Signing Bonus (paid in two allotments after 30 and 90 days)
Schedule: Variable - 5 days / week
Minimum Requirements
- 1 Year condominium or owner relations experience, preferred 4 star/luxury, owner relations
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, CRM software, reservations software
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication/relationship building
- Able to lift and move skis, snowboards and bins
- Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to East West.
