Residential Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs sales duties, including finding customer leads, meeting with customers, scheduling designer consultations and/or follow up meetings, ensuring proposals are signed and completing all required paperwork/data entry

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous service business experience desired
• Sales experience
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal/written skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills
• Goal oriented
• History of accomplishment and promotion
• Active listener
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Industry knowledge a plus (but not required)
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Coachable
• Goal oriented
• Hard worker and team player
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Willing and able to work overtime and on weekends as required
• History of accomplishment and promotion
• Industry knowledge preferred
• Minimum of one to three years of marketing or sales experience
• Previous service business experience desired
