Residential Plumbing Field Manager

Magnolia is currently looking for a Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber/Gasfitter in WSSC to act as a Residential Plumbing Field Manager. As the Residential Plumbing Field Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will manage upwards of 15 technicians in the field and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time through effective training and support. By working closely with dispatch, you will match the right technician to every job, helping achieve the company s financial goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Integrate sales strategies across throughout the department to drive profitable results
• Train technicians on how to establish customer rapport to offer the correct products and services
• Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
• Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve
• Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes
• Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented
• Review and approve invoices, time cards, and option sheets
• Serve as a technical glossary and back-up for field technicians when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supervision and or management
• Must have experience in residential plumbing and gas fitting installation and service
• IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
• Strong understanding and the ability to interpret plumbing code
• Must have a current Journeyman or Master s License with the WSSC
• Be detail originated and a highly organized multi-tasker
• Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
• Valid Driver s license-Safe driving record
• Current Journeyman or Master s License with the WSSC
