As a Smart Security Professional (SSP) your number one responsibility is to provide the customer with a 5-star experience. From the moment you arrive at the home, to the moment you leave, your job is to strengthen customer relations, enhance the system by informing/educating the customer, and professionally install their already purchased customized ADT home security/automation system.

• Alarm/automation installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems
• Customer interaction

• Personal inventory management
