The Reset Representative performs merchandise resets and/or rack or display placements as designated by pre-established plan-o-grams.
Job Responsibilities- Works at customer locations either individually or as part of a team to perform merchandise resets using established plan-o-grams.
- Ensures customer satisfaction is a priority which may require recreation of the plan-o-gram onsite if improvements or adjustments are needed.
- Ensures package, brand, and promotional goals are reflected in the store sets.
- Makes decisions and presents workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity.
- Provides adequate communication to the customer on changes to store because of reset activity and responsible for meeting retailer needs before and after the reset.
- Maintains a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities.
- May direct the work activities of other team members.
- Speaking: Constantly (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.)
- Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents)
- Typing: Frequently using electronic devices for day-to-day business (email, reports, instant messaging, texting)
- Mobility: Frequent travel throughout customer locations (Walking in backrooms, aisles, greeting customers)
- Bending/Squatting: Frequently (looking in racks at all levels, ordering product, counting cases, checking dates)
- Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product and displays, racks, etc. for POS)
- Pushing/pulling: Frequent use of manual carts
- Travel: constant travel between Customer Locations
- Able to be certified on manual and powered pallet jacks
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one year of work experience is required.
- Prior work experience in customer service or beverage industry preferred.
- Basic computer application and technology skills; knowledge of how to operate a smart phone and/or laptop.
- Experience working with minimal supervision and experience with client negotiations preferred.
- Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required.
- Flexibility with work hours; able to work evenings and weekends due to customer demand.
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.
- Class-E Driver’s license required (Missouri drivers/locations only).
- This position requires more than 50% travel by company van.
