Our Reset Merchandising Team works independently to complete grocery chain and convenience store space management resets. The team will utilize sources of reliable data & state of the art technology to build sets that represent our brands well. They will work alongside our Sales teams to maintain our relationships in the market, develop our supplier brands, and provide the best in class service to every customer account.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Collect data and measurements of retailer’s coolers and warm shelves.
  • Break down pallets, rotation of product.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid drivers license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs. when handling keg products.
  • Ability to use a variety of hardware tools and equipment necessary for POS installation, including, but not limited to, a hacksaw, drill, screwdrivers, staple gun, ladder, etc.
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Must be available to work any hours, days, or any shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 6 months related experience (ie working in a distribution warehouse environment, roofer, farmhand, grocery dock, construction, manipulating patients in a hospital/nursing home or physical therapy environment, or other positions which require continuous heavy lifting which deals with multi-temperature).
  • Experience with a handheld ordering device.
  • Beverage industry experience.
