Advertised Job Summary

The University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville in partnership with the Arnold School of Public Health is seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Research Project Managers. The Research Project Managers will support Arnold School of Public Health ( ASPH ) – Greenville faculty in building research enterprise and aligning closely with Prisma Health in these efforts. This position is primarily responsible for contributing to grant writing, documentation management, research dissemination, grant fund management, onboarding researchers into Prisma Health, assisting with IRB submissions, and publication formatting and submission.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in project/program development highly preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Interpersonal skills to work with the faculty investigators, collaborators, Prisma Heath colleagues and to continue and build upon relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to organize complex tasks on a tight time schedule. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
