AIR Worldwide’s casualty analytics group develops models for emerging commercial liability risks. These risks cover a range of topics, from climate change to obesity to chemical exposures. We are looking for someone interested in learning about the cutting-edge industry of risk modeling and the emerging liability risks that could impact the insurance industry of tomorrow. This is a great opportunity for students interested in learning the ins and outs of complex commercial liability risks from a unique perspective. The research intern will work with subject matter experts to audit, update, and refine the research undergirding our current emerging risk scenarios, with the potential to support research into new scenarios as well.


Qualifications
  • Current student (ideally 2022 or 2023 grad) studying insurance/risk management, economics, finance, or related field
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
  • All candidates must have eligibility to work permanently in the U.S.

The Intern Program is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. If you will require work visa sponsorship (e.g. H1-B visa) after completing your degree, you do not meet the basic requirements of the summer Intern role.
