REMOTE ServiceNow Requirements Analyst Supporting Government Client! (Must Be Local To DMV)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Requirements Analyst to join a Government Client contract located in Ashburn, VA. The Remote ServiceNow Requirements Analyst will provide requirements gathering and analysis for a ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities of the Remote ServiceNow Requirements Analyst include:

• Identifying, defining, developing, and institutionalizing Business Process standards, templates, processes, and guidelines.
• Developing, analyzing, maintaining, and conducting business analysis, business needs assessments and documentation for development, enhancements, and custom development services
• Administration of a ServiceNow platform including delegation, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates

Qualifications for the Remote ServiceNow Requirements Analyst include:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, business/program analysis, requirements gathering, ServiceNow Systems Admin and Testing
• Experience gathering requirements for ServiceNow platform and system development
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust/Suitability

Compensation for the Remote ServiceNow Requirements Analyst includes:

• Salary range: $115,000-$145,000 ***depending on experience and education***
