Summary:Provide full life cycle recruiting support to the recruitment team with duties that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending placement of staff and intern program recruiting. She/he will be conducting research, engagement (externally with candidates and internally with hiring managers), managing interview logistics and supporting the Organic Growth Team.Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Fully cycle recruiting including: Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone and in person), administers appropriate reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings
  • Partner with local colleges and universities to source and screen interns’ candidates. Attend various school sponsor events such as career fairs, dinners and other opportunities to interact with students.
  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Builds robust talent pool through effective passive sourcing techniques
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.)
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including diversity initiatives.
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; 3-5 years of Recruiting experience in Finance, Consulting or Sales Industries.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
  • Exceptional sourcing tactics to build and attract diverse and seasoned skilled candidates -well versed using various social media platforms, data bases and sourcing methods
  • Exceptional Sales, presentation, and communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment with proven recruiting metric attainment
  • Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other systems.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Valid driver's license. SHRM- CP and Human Resources (PHR) designations recommended.
