Remote Inbound/Outbound Telephone Sales Representative

Compensation:

Competitive Base pay with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. Total compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year. No cap on commissions!

Shift: 40 hours per week

Monday-Thursday 10:30AM - 7:00PM PST, Friday 9:30AM - 6:00PM PST and every other Saturday 10:00AM - 4PM PST.

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to join our Remote team!

Job Responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads inquiring about our home warranty policies.

· Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.

· Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.

· Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.

· Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.

· Ability to learn product suite quickly.

· Demonstrate strong product knowledge.

· Candidates must have the ability to fully understand our products and speak to our products and services with the ability to live quote prices and terms to fit the customer’s needs.

· This position is responsible for meeting or exceed all sales goals set, adhering to the department KPIs, record proper timekeeping, adhere to the schedule set and manage their time accordingly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of phone sales experience.
• Previous call center experience.
• Ability to close deals and up-sale policy.
• Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
• Strong phone presence.
• Must qualify for a telemarketing license / pass a background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated and possess strong verbal & communication skills.
