  • Starting Hourly Pay: $16 per hour
  • Monthly Bonuses: Earn an additional $2-4 per hour depending on eligibility (95% of current qualifiers earn on average $3.25 an hour, on top of the $16 hourly base)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for communicating with patients, gathering medical history and qualifying patients for services.
  • Communicating with patients to explain coverage of benefits and test information.
  • Maintains company database by entering important and sensitive information.
  • Build relationships and engage with patients, go the extra mile.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative requirements.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CLIA and HIPAA.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of call center representative experience preferred
