Reporting Relationship: To Repair and Reconstruction division operations manager
Supervisory Relationship: Subcontractors, materials Vendors and in-house trades people
Working Relationship: Lead Carpenters , Sales/Estimators
General Job Description: Field Operations position requiring working with assigned clients, Project Manager/Estimators, sub contractors and material vendors and in house tradesmen, throughout the reconstruction and rebuilding process. We work on both residential and commercials properties that have been damaged by fire, smoke, flood and storm damage. Strong organization and planning skills are a must along with great remodeling skills with a willingness to put your hands to a project if required.

Critical and Important Functions of Position
- Provide outstanding customer service through out the life of the project
- Communicate with all parties throughout the life of the project to assure a successful outcome
- Create and execute a plan for rebuilding and repairing property damage
- Ability to expedite and move projects through various construction phases
- Ability to use various construction skills to complete projects
- Provide quality control through timely site inspections both scheduled and surprise
- Provide timely collections of payments per contract
- Impact job profitability through careful planning, purchasing and job organization
- Job materials, selections and procurement working with clients and production team
- Job Communications and scheduling
- Problem Solving and Resolution
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Valid Insurable Pennsylvania Drivers License
Ability to pass company required drug screening and criminal background check
Ability to lift and carry 75lbs
Ability to climb ladder to 12 ft
Ability to climb steps, stand, stoop, kneel and crawl of extended period of time
Ability to use windows based software including word, excel, with ability to learn industry specific software
Ability to type 30 words per minute accurately
Ability to communicate in English in written and spoken manner
Proficient in business and construction math and geometry
Needed Experiences and Proficiencies
Familiar with Residential and lite commercial construction sites and processes
Experience with Residential and lite commercial construction procedures
Able to make observations and adjustments to construction processes for quality control applications
Comfortable with identifying deficiencies in construction process and making recommendations to correct and rectify
Ability to accurately do materials take off and ordering for timely and accurate delivery
Ability to work with customer to secure accurate and acceptable selections of materials
Comfortable working with and supervising a diverse construction and subcontractor workforce
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute daily and weekly plan with minimal supervision
Capable of doing field measurements ordering of flooring materials, Casework, wall materials, paint etc.
Ability to understand and manage budgets, and allowances for procurement and purchasing
Ability to provide creative solutions for problems that arise within a construction project
Ability to close out Residential and Lite commercial construction projects through punchlist and close out
