Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of previous experience that includes some of the key responsibilities outlined below (previous enterprise lead generation experience is preferred), who are proactive learners and doers, and aspire to a VP-Sales role over the next decade. The ideal candidate knows the art of the hustle, has a good understanding of how enterprise sales works, and how it has changed dramatically over the last decade. We are looking for someone with experience in data analytics or with experience selling SaaS or analytics solutions in the biotech, IT, or pharma space. Candidates who are successful in this role also understand that enterprise selling is a team sport, and they need to bring the right expertise from Evalueserve into prospect conversations at the right time. The expectation from successful performers in this role is that within a couple of years they would be promoted to be a client executive, who is responsible for independently building and growing their own client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation (via cold calling, social media, etc)
- Setting up initial meetings for client executives
- Supporting campaign design & execution
- Attending client meetings with client executives
- Agendas / collateral preparation. Meeting notes / follow-up actions
- Liaising with operations to ensure participation from operations at client meetings or calls, especially as discussions are at an advanced stage
- Liaise with operations to prepare proposals
- Own tactical engagements & accounts defined by the client executive
- Account mining (tactical opportunity)/ innovation & continuous improvement recommendations
- Staying actively involved in projects to make certain each project is progressing properly
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of previous work experience lead generation, business development, data analytics, or consulting with a professional services firm is preferred
- Prior experience selling SaaS or analytics solutions in the biotech, IT, or pharma space is preferred
- Proactive, self-started self-motivated, ready to take up challenges and has a vision to be a Client Executive within couple of years
- We are looking for someone who is curious about really understanding companies, different functions within them, and what work different roles at companies entail, and is able to then use these insights to figure out which of Evalueserve’s many offerings might best fit the particular prospect’s needs
- Someone who is passionate about working in a sales team
- Degree in Life sciences, Engineering, or Analytics is a bonus
