About the Role:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide stellar customer service to all customers
• Process deposit, withdrawal and payment transactions
• Balance cash drawer
• Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments
• Know and actively cross sell bank products and services
• Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions
• Assist customers both in person and via phone
• Attention to detail

About You:QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service Experience
• 18 years and older
• Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday & Friday 8:45-5; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 11-3.
• 1 year prior banking experience preferred
• Cash Handling Experience preferred

Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
