Stonehenge of South Jordan is currently looking for a Registered Nurse/LPN to join our amazing team! Our patients will require high quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Responsibilities: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

Job Description:

Perform duties as accurately and efficiently as possible. Be self-motivated, and have a strong sense of self improvement. The Residents depend on these attributes of our Registered Nurses. The teamwork environment is essential in creating and maintaining a positive environment for the residents and staff. A positive attitude is required.

Compensation: Varies based on experience and licensure. Night shift differential. Full time employees are eligible for a generous benefits package including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life insurance, 401K, and a paid time off (PTO) benefit.

Hours:

Day Shift 6am - 6pm

Night Shift 6pm - 6am (Night shift differential)

Short Shifts 6pm - midnight
