Job Description
Overview:Sign-On Bonus Eligible! $7,500 for RNs with 1+ years experience (external candidates) and $5,000 for New Graduates (internal & external candidates)
POSITION SUMMARY: Registered nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times.Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited RN program or OSF transfer Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) BSN if new to the role (required completion within 6 years of hire date) Certifications ?
