Registered Nurse (RN)

Shelton Health & Rehabilitation is currently accepting applications for Full Time Charge Nurse position for our evening shift. The evening shift nurse supervisor is an important and valued member of our management team. Shelton Health and Rehabilitation is a modern, 76 bed facility with a family feel to it. We are located in Shelton, Washington, a beautiful, rural community located just 30 minutes from Olympia, WA and less than 60 minutes from Bremerton. We offer a generous welcome bonus and a Student Loan Assistance Program to qualified nurses!!GENERAL SUMMARYManage the nursing care of assigned residents to maximize independence and self-direction for residents. Responsible for safety of residents under their supervision. Manages day-to-day compliance with Federal and State regulations, Center policies and procedures, and standard of practice with regard to resident care. Validates nursing staff functions within the scope of their practice and complies with regulations, policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Licensed as an RN
• Current license in the state of employment or ability to obtain
• One-year previous supervisory experience in hospital, SNF or other related medcial facility preferred.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
