Position Summary:
In this role, you will assume responsibility to lead our team in providing quality patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge and you will be responsible to direct, assign and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. You will also act as a role model to staff members.
Scheduled Hours
Per diem, hours assgined as needed.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licenser. BSN preferred, BCLS & ACLS required. Candidates must have 2-3 years of acute Med/Surg experience or at least 1+ years of critical care experience.
