The Central Resource Pool (Float Pool):

If you are looking for a fantastic job where you can decide how when and where you want to work, the CRP might be a phenomenal fit for you. As a CRP nurse, you will float throughout the facility to all the units within your scope of practice, to include some or all of the following:

• The ICU
• Telemetry Units
• Medical/Surgical Units
• Orthopedic
• Open Heart ICU

• Trauma ICU
• Trauma Stepdown
• Intermediate Care Unit
• Emergency Department

Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
• BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)

Licensure/Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License (required)
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BCLS or BLS) Health Care Provider (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of acute care nursing experience with demonstrated and proven competency in several specialty areas (required)

Education:

• Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
• BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)

Licensure/Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License (required)
