Registered Nurse

Position Summary:
ChesPenn is seeking a self-motivated, skilled nurse to support the Family Medicine practice at our Center for Family Health at Upper Darby. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a dynamic community health practice dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to everyone who needs health services.

• RN required, BSN preferred
• Three (3) years in nursing or related field
• Current Pennsylvania Nursing Registration

• 3+ years' nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory care or community health
• Understanding of demographics of medically under-served communities
• Strong computer skills, including experience in an EMR environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to serve as a supportive member of a health care team
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a licensed automobile preferred
• Ability to meet approved minimal physical and medical standards
• Good written and verbal communication skills
