Registered Nurse

Description

A registered professional nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care for all patients of the office.

The RN in an office practice:

• Accurately performs and documents assigned duties under the direction and supervision of the physician in accordance with the medical model of care as provided by the State Board of Nursing
• Initiates implementation of processes and|or has access to all operational components of the office as required by daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Experience in a physician's office setting preferred
• BSN or ADN currently enrolled in a BSN program preferred.
• BLS certification required.
