Job Description

Ambulatory RNs work within an interdisciplinary team during all stages of patient care: wellness, prevention, acute/chronic illness to end-of-life. You will be responsible for telephone triage and growing telehealth opportunities, administering medications, vaccines, medical tests, patient/family education and assuring a plan of care for high volumes of patients.
