Job Description: Part-Time Behavior Technician/RBT

Family Treehouse ABA, LLC is an in-home ABA provider of quality services specializing in developmental delays for children and their families. We are looking for eager & qualified Behavior Technician/and or RBT in Vernon, NJ.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement ABA interventions specified in the Behavior Support Plan (created by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) that assist the child with acquiring, retaining, improving, and generalizing the skills necessary to function successfully in the home.

These skills may be specific to improving behavior, improving his/her ability to self-help, improve socialization and communication, and/or improving the individual’s ability to adapt to his/her environment. Supports are behavioral, self-care and rehabilitative related tasks performed by the Behavior Technician in the child's home in accordance with the approved behavioral support plans.

Requirements:

Must be willing to go into the home of the families served for the authorized number of hours per week.

Must comply with supervision from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Must comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information.

Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self-starter.

Must be creative, enthusiastic, and a team player!

Qualifications:

6 months of in-home ABA experience. 1 year preferred.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday and we have weekend hours available too
