Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning. We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm

• Work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm upon request

• Client material creation and preparation

• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA

• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)

• Record client data into Central Reach program

• Convert appointments into billing

• Write detailed SOAP notes

• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA

• Attend weekly performance goal meetings with CEO

• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities

• Cleaning duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)

• No criminal background

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active

• Salary: $12-$17/hr (depending on experience)

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
