Register Nurse

Compassionate Home Health Care, Inc. is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Beaver County area. Vent/Trach experience a plus, but willing to train. 10-12 hour daylight/evening shifts. We offer competitive wages and bonus plans.

• All new hires will complete a PAID ON THE SITE TRAINING PROGRAM that will review all functions of residential day to day care, vent/trach, medication administration, charting, assessments and daily care.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess and chart observations of the patient's conditions at each visit

Complete evaluation tasks, including medication and vital signs

Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress

Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies

Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists and other individuals in the patient's care plan

60 day reassessment of assigned clients

Requirements:

RN license

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass criminal background check

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently

Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering medications and charting in software
