Job Description
- Support Zscaler sales organization and primarily align with the SLED Area Sales VP and other sales leaders in the Area.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to properly segment accounts into the appropriate regions, territories, and verticals.
- Oversee ordering process for SLED and proactively collaborate cross functionally to improve the process, troubleshoot and resolve any ordering issues.
- Own the process of adding and/or updating Zscaler pricing on SLED government contract vehicles and adding new contracts
- Support sales teams with SFDC account moves, adds, and changes and reporting.
- Define and deliver key business activity analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders and externally to our partners in coordination with FP&A.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver enablement plans to educate sellers on sales systems, tools, and processes when applicable.
- Drive business process, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Fulfill Ad-hoc cross-functional projects, initiatives, and reporting requests
- Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to Clari, SFDC, SFDC CPQ, Apptus, Xactly, Tableau, and others.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the State & Local Government and Education sector
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from executive level to employee base
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Government sector contracts management experience, preferably at a high-growth enterprise SaaS or PaaS company
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Expert level Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive can-do attitude,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
- Strong business acumen
- College Degree and 5-8 years related work experience required, MBA preferred and can substitute for experience
