Essential functions will include supervision, monitoring, evaluations, working closely with funding source(s), interacting with the PMO staff and exploring new program opportunities within the region. They will ensure contractual requirements and client expectations are met for safe and timely release. Reports to the Lead Project Director. This position can be located on-site or can be assigned to a remote location.

- Responsible and accountable for the daily operations the site to which they have been assigned and its outcomes
- Ensures the site adheres to CHS and ORR policies and procedures
- Communicates with ORR as needed
- Coordinates both programmatic and financial elements of the services provided to the UC in care to the Lead Project Director.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or an equivalent degree in education, psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science; or a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned sciences, plus five years of experience as the director of a residential child care program, residential youth program, or similar program for children and adolescents; or five years of progressive project management experience on projects demonstrating advanced levels of financial and managerial responsibilities.

- Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills
OTHER DUTIES:
- Performs duties in a safe manner.
- Follows the corporate safety policy.
- Participates and supports safety meetings, training, and goals.
- Ensures safety and security of all UAC and the operating conditions within area of responsibility.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Flexible and willing to travel as needed.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity required to complete paperwork, computer work and direct line of sight supervision of staff
- Able to communicate verbally and listen for constant surveillance of staff activities
- Able to withstand changing environmental conditions with weather (rain, lightning, and winds)
- Able to withstand and manipulate through construction areas, sports fields, etc.
