Job Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall direction of studio activities within an assigned geographical region. The Regional Manager is also responsible for achieving success relating to region goals including but not limited to revenue, the mix of services, profit objectives, team member and client experience, retention, membership, utilization, and operational execution. We are adding a third Regional Manager due to the growth of our business into expanding regions. This position will be remotely based in either Chicago or Dallas with regular travel to Studios within the given region.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Performance / Reporting:
  • Observe and lead The OVME Way Client Experience at all studios to ensure we are delivering on the brand promise with consistency
  • Educate the Studio Managers on delivering Memorable Experiences and outstanding medical outcomes and the relationship between these behaviors and the impact on performance
  • Work with Studio Managers to maintain positive culture in studio and ensure the OVME Values are being lived
  • Educate and motivate studio managers and team members to achieve performance goals and monitor progress against budget
  • Solve problems that affect the studio’s level of service, efficiency and productivity
  • Serve as a role model during all interactions, ensuring culture and client experience remain the top priority
  • Oversee the schedule at all studios to maximize productivity
  • Oversee inventory processes to ensure policies are being followed and shrink is controlled
  • Act as a liaison between the HQ team and studio teams
  • Support and lead activities for new studio openings
  • With support from Studio Managers, ensure all provider/aesthetician licenses remain up to date
Travel:
  • This position requires extensive travel; 50%+

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements for the positionTo fulfill this role, the Regional Manager will possess a broad range of business knowledge and leadership skills, including:
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years demonstrated success in leading multiple medical aesthetics / retail locations
  • Medical aesthetics experience preferred
  • Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, hold studios accountable and follow up on all activities within the region
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Strong business acumen and P&L knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
