Regional Facilities Manager - Senior Resource Group

SRG Senior Living, a nationally recognized developer and operator of luxury senior living retirement communities, is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Regional Facilities Manager located in our Solana Beach Office. This professional will possess strong capabilities in general maintenance and capital improvements with a multistate background. Must be able to collaborate with multiple cross functional disciplines.

General Responsibilities Include:

• R & M budget preparation and management
• Capital Improvement Project Management
• Assist with the hiring and Coaching of onsite facilities staff
• Training of Maintenance and Housekeeping staff
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Development, implementation and management of policies and procedures
• Negotiation of local, regional and national purchasing and services agreements

• Minimum 7-10 year’s multisite facilities management experience within the senior living, multifamily or hospitality industry.
• Experience planning and managing building projects including budgeting, RFP/vendor selection, through completion and payment
• Prior experience identifying and developing appropriate policy and process
• Trade or industry related certifications a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Working knowledge and experience with business software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Yardi, etc.)
• Must be able/willing to travel 50%, overnight travel required
• High School Diploma Required
• Current/Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills:

• General construction knowledge and/or project management experience
• General facilities maintenance experience
