Overview
The Regional Director of Collegiate Relations is consultative sales professional, that is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from collegiate campuses in their dedicated region. Major responsibilities include the planning, direction and execution of Hour-A-Thon fundraising to include: collegiate fundraising and development, relationship management, marketing, and partnerships. Regional Directors set appointments with athletic departments, coaches, development offices, student affairs, greek system, and many more to educate them about Hour-A-Thon capabilities and proven success. They do this by prospecting over the phone, virtual face-to-face, through their networks, and building referral partnerships. Regional Directors get compensated with commission. The compensation is un-capped while working flexible hours. Hour-A-Thon event solicitation and fundraising are the core responsibilities of this position.
Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with colleges to develop opportunities to execute the Hour-A-Thon to reach fundraising goals.
Reports to and assists the Executive Regional Director.
Have the freedom to set own work schedule while working from a home office and maximizing the upside of 100% commission on the business brought in.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive-driven sales “hunter”

- Must enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people virtually face to face
- Ability to motivate college students during Hour-A-Thon
- Experience closing in a fast sales cycle: 5 - 10 sales per month
- Experience in a performance based compensation model
- Previous Top Performer status in an outside sales position
- Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales
- Ability to pass a background check
- Computer literacy
STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Work Experience: Preferred experience in fundraising or related direct sales business with a strong, documented record of success.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
