The Regional Director of Clinical Services will provide support, direction and consulting services to our SNFs location in South Holland, Chicago and Palos Heights, IL.

Duties of the position include:

• • Ensuring policy and procedure adherence for assigned facilities
  • Collaboration with facility staff to analyze and resolve clinical issues
  • Collaboration with survey process and survey preparedness
  • Provide consultation on infection risk assessment, prevention, and control strategies
  • Recommend improvements to facility clinical practices and provides input into overall clinical operations, and assists in the achievement of organizational goals
  • Participates in the QA program
  • Audits electronic medical records.
  • Document facility visits and findings
    

Job Requirements:

• • Illinois RN (Registered Nurse) license
  • Previous Director of Nursing or Regional Director of Clinical Services Experience in sub-acute rehabilitation or long term care facility. Multi site experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel
