We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Controller to be based in San Francisco, CA. The Regional Controller is responsible for the reporting, analysis and communication of financial and operational data for decision-making and strategic planning along with ensuring data and system integrity.

We’re Experts. You’ll have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
  • Degree in finance, management or a business-related discipline preferred
  • 3-5 years of Business Analysis or Modelling experience.
  • PC/IT literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP system or specialized financial/business management systems.
  • Successful track record and experience in:
  • Project management.
  • Business modelling, trend analysis and forecasting.

  • Data maintenance

  • Analyze fiscal and operational data to assist with financial planning.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry for accounting transactions, source documents and records for responsible departments.
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls within relevant operating departments.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for multiple departments, including coordination with relevant managers.
  • Prepare routine operational, financial and ad-hoc reports for companywide reporting and operational decision making.
  • Prepare reports to analyze data to assist with fleet, inventory, capital, manpower, and contingency planning.
  • Assist in preparation and tracking of key Area Fleet Performance Metrics.
  • Analyze utilization and rate trends along with fleet allocations and capital productivity.
  • Assist in development of systems for monitoring capital costs of new equipment, life cycle costs, and financial returns.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate operational and system difficulties and makes recommendations for solutions.
  • Review, evaluate, implement and maintain fleet product database, including identification of data sources and documentation of process.
