Job Title: Regional Account Manager
Department: Sales

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

Summary
Achieves ambitious revenue growth objectives by communicating with customers and prospective customers through outbound calls, e-mails and online marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Produce new sales opportunities through inbound, follow-up, and outbound calls and e-mails.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and resolve customer service issues.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key customers and generate interest through follow-up and upsell.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing job responsibilities in a dynamic small business environment.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
