Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for obtaining, processing, and tracking of all in-coming and out-going referrals. Works directly with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations if applicable. Collaborates directly with patients, caregivers, and referral sources for continuity of care opportunities such as scheduling, medical records management, and service estimate agreements. Will be crossed trained to function in other administrative capacities in the specialty clinic setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years medical office experience. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure with attention to detail. Must possess strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Candidate is expected to have a positive and welcoming customer service personality.

Schedule: Full Time, 1st, 8:00-5:00 M-F 8:00-2:00
