Job Description
Summary of Major Responsibilities: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for working directly with the recruiters to source, screen and interview qualified candidates for various requisitions. This position will also be responsible for leading the full life cycle recruiting process for entry level positions in assigned business areas. In addition, this position will provide back up for the coordinator team as it relates to all aspects of interview set up processes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Learn and apply sourcing, screening and interviewing of qualified candidates to support a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.
- Learn and apply full life cycle recruiting processes for entry level positions in assigned business areas, to include partnerships with hiring managers and offer negotiation.
- Represent the Exact Sciences Recruiting Team by attend job fairs/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source for generating qualified candidates.
- Ability to maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and verify applicant tracking is up to date.
- Work with the HR Operations team to ensure necessary information is provided for the onboarding and background check processes.
- Facilitate the offer process including requests for approval, creation and sending of accurate offer information to candidates.
- Post and maintain career postings on external websites.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care and ensure awareness of and compliance with employment regulations and laws.
- Participate and support additional projects on the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations team as needed.
- As needed for back up, schedule phone, technical, video, open house and onsite interviews in all locations for all levels of positions (includes direct candidate contact and coordination activities, as well as partnering with vendors as needed).

- Ability to work in an office setting, operate a telephone system, and a computer.
- Ability to flex hours as needed to support after hours recruiting events.
- Ability to travel between office locations in Madison, Wisconsin (approximately 8-mile radius).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed to support engagement, new hire and career fair preparation needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, Human Resources preferred; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 1+ years of experience working in a recruiting function.
- The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and candidates; maintain a positive work atmosphere and candidate experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the recruitment process, including experience interviewing candidates without supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelines and prioritize when necessary.
- Strong commitment to providing world class customer service to internal and external customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Approachable & viewed as a responsive resource.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of email and calendaring tools.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Desired Characteristics
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge with Word, Excel and Power Point.
- General awareness of regulations & compliance expectations related to staffing & recruiting and other HR guidance.
- Professional experience in a fast-paced business setting with an understanding of how to prioritize work to ensure critical business needs are met.
- Previous experience in a recruiting or recruitment support role during a period of rapid business growth.
- Experience with iCIMS (or other applicant tracking system).
