Job Description


We’re looking for a Global Recruitment Marketing Strategist to join our entrepreneurial team of deep-thinking, creative, self-starters as we build an innovative Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Practice to attract the best, brightest, off-the-beaten-path talent to Publicis Sapient.

As a critical member of the team, you’ll own your talent-segment brand story and marketing and engagement strategy from end to end. Drawing on your deep desire to understand what motivates, excites, and moves your talent audience, you’ll build targeted multi-channel marketing strategies, determining the right mix of digital media, content, experiences, etc. to build awareness, connect and convince active and passive talent to choose Publicis Sapient (PS) for their next career opportunity.

Your Impact:

  • Own and rep. your talent segment brand! Develop in-depth knowledge of your talent segment, competitive landscape, regional nuances, and how we can position our value to attract key talent
  • Build deep relationships across the business, from recruiters to employees, the learning and development team, and more, to understand the ingenuity and personality of our talent
  • Develop a deep understanding of both internal and external talents’ career aspirations, mindset, needs, challenges, and motivations and how our value proposition meets those needs
  • Develop, own and drive your marketing strategy that builds awareness, excitement, and consideration along the talent journey
  • Work with our dedicated internal agency POD – creative, content, media, analytics – and other teams in our marketing function – web development, social and internal communications – to coordinate, execute, and iterate marketing plans and manage against KPIs
  • Proactively provide a strategic approach (e.g., A/B testing creative messaging in the market) to marketing optimization to support application volume and quality


You will also be supported to:

  • Develop strategic briefs – a crystallized understanding of your approach and insights – to provide concrete direction for creative, media, web, internal communications, and social media teams.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing tactics, provide guidance to optimize, and use a storytelling approach to sharing data and insights with your stakeholders
  • Have a strategic big-picture thinking mindset developing a deep knowledge of current and future marketing, digital and social media trends
  • Own dynamic candidate engagement projects and programs from brainstorming to activation


Qualifications


Your Skills & Experience:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – excited about collaborative building
  • Experience in integrated multi-channel marketing
  • Understanding of digital media, SEO, SEM, CRM, Mobile, social media platforms
  • Previous experience in B2C, higher education, or recruitment marketing
  • Strong communications skills and ability to influence others
  • Have a high level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Drive to learn and expand your capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills
