Recruitment Manager Job Description

Objective:
The Recruitment Manager is a vital part of our team, actively recruiting, screening, hiring and onboarding quality Certified Nursing Aides and Caregivers sufficient in number to meet the growing demand for exceptional direct care staff who provide the highest quality service to our patients and clientele.

This position is supported by a Training Coordinator & Admin Assistant, and reports to the
Director of Operations, responsible for the Scheduling and HR departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reflect the core values of Solicitude, Inc., (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated

Home Instead franchise).

  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
  • Develop and manage the annual franchise recruitment plan and budget.
  • Manage recruitment ads and post positions as necessary.
  • Make and receive a high volume of calls to and from candidates as required to meet hiring goals.
  • Check in frequently with leads within the applicant tracking system to advance or remove them from the employment funnel.
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Following the Home Instead Standards; conduct employment verification, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all CAREGivers.
  • Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form and all other employment related documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate CAREGiver orientation and all training including training required to meet Home Instead® Standards and additional optional training. (Direct instruction conducted by training coordinator or RN Care Manager)
  • In coordination with the Director of Operations, monitor, mediate, and log all client and

CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.

  • Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues,

CAREGivers, clients and family members.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and establish strong relationships with neighboring franchise counterpart colleague(s)
  • Maintain and establish strong relationships with the Home Instead, Inc. Business

Performance team

  • Support Operations Director in management of employee corrective action
  • Support Opperations Director with Unemployment Insurrance and Worker Compensation reporting
  • Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • College degree preferred. Relevant work experience preferred
  • Four to ten years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
