Recruiting and Training Manager

Farmers Insurance District 06 is seeking a passionate and goal driven Agency Sales Trainer to join our team. The Agency Sales Trainer is responsible for providing marketing support and training for our new and existing agency owners, while assisting in the development of our new agency candidate pipeline. Our ideal candidate will possess the drive and determination to grow sales and marketing through hands on efforts with our agency owners.

Summary of the role:

  • Develop Social Media Marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement community event marketing strategies
  • Assist agency owners in email marketing campaigns
  • Assist agency owners in direct mail advertising campaigns
  • Create, edit, and produce print and digital advertising materials
  • Source candidates through multiple platforms provided by the District Office
  • Building strong working relationships with key figures across the company
  • Maintaining candidate documentation including candidate assessment profiles
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout their recruitment journey
  • Assist in training Agency team members on marketing, quoting and sales platforms
  • Coach Agency Owners towards sales goals

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Insurance Sales Experience
  • A genuine passion for training and the desire to surround yourself with other like-minded professionals.
  • A competitive nature
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • 4-year college degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Sales 2 years (Preferred)

Compensation:

Salary $40,000-$60,000 + Bonuses and Incentives
