Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: White Plains, NY
Reports to: Director of New ER Doctor Programs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO
- Schedule candidate phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews in a timely and accurate manner
- Create an exceptional candidate experience, acting as the point of contact for candidate communications and logistics throughout the hiring process
- Utilize our applicant tracking system to move candidates through the interview process
- Create detailed itineraries for candidates that will be visiting our hospitals, and book travel and accommodations for these candidates
- Schedule and coordinate a new-hire orientations
- Manage candidate reimbursements
- Work closely with our New ER Doctor Talent Manager on recruitment initiatives
- Organize post-hire surveys and continuously looking for ways to improve our candidate experience
- Contribute to special projects on an ad hoc basis
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of recruiting, administrative, or project management experience
- Highly organized and excellent at multitasking
- You’re a people person and like building relationships
- A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Solution-oriented approach to problems
- Experience in G-Suite desired
