The main responsibility of the Recruiting Coordinator is to review, and guide the company's recruiting function, under the division of Human Resources. This person will be training and working with department leaders, as well as coordinating applications hiring through various systems. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in finding talent through data integrity, great processes, and clear communication. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner with internal leaders, recruiting programs, and hiring platforms to provide a high standard throughout the entire screening process. The Recruiting Coordinator will scale, streamline, and automate the reviewing, screening, and interviewing processes for Greenix. Other responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Recruiting Team and HR to support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Make calls, email, text, etc. to make sure qualified candidates are contacted and pre-screened for Hiring Managers. 75%-80% of your time will be contacting candidates and building relationships with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media outlets
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build out our administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for hiring managers, current employees, and candidates
- Making sure all offer letters and emails are established and followed
- Generate and provide requested reports on recruitment activities
- Actively partner with Human Resources with onboarding of new hires and related activities
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources is a plus
- 2+ years Recruiting experience
- Great phone and communication skills
- Strong technical abilities, including MS Office Suite and Google applications
- Must have ATS/HRIS experience. Workday experience is a plus
- Must be able to take ownership of their responsibilities
