SpotOn is a fast-growing payments, marketing, and loyalty platform. We have built easy-to-use tools for businesses to increase revenue and connect them with their customers using rewards, deals, online reviews, and data analytics. Tools like these were previously only available to big businesses with big bankrolls and their own developers, but our platform caters to neighborhood stores, independent retailers, and other small businesses. We have our service deployed in many cities across the U.S. and Mexico.

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. At SpotOn, our recruiters work on the front lines of our company's growth. This is an exciting time for SpotOn, and we will need more individuals to recruit the best talent. We're seeking a sharp recruiting coordinator to tackle the hiring needs from various angles and allow our recruiting team to soar.

The recruiting team strives to make sure the candidate experience is enhanced by a top-notch hiring process. We take great pride in a fast but thoughtful approach and our philosophy of quick and consistent communication with all candidates. We are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive team and we need someone on our growing team who shares these values!

What You'll Do:

• Own SpotOn's candidate experience for the teams you'll support
• Own scheduling for phone and zoom-site interviews
• Work on strategic events and initiatives to attract top talent to join the SpotOn team
• Keep ATS up to date and ensure all feedback from hiring managers have been logged
  

What we Look For:

• Experience working in an high growth and fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology and startups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with executive team on recruiting matters clearly and concisely
• Strong organizational/project management experience
• Handles spontaneous change and new scenarios! Able to take on challenges with grace, thoughtfulness, and authority
• Passionate about recruiting as a function
• Experience working with ATS systems, in particular Greenhouse
• Advanced experience working with Google Calendar
• A sense of humor! ?

Location:

We're excited to announce that SpotOn is now a remote-first company! The majority of our roles can be accomplished anywhere in the U.S and Mexico. While most of our team will have the option to choose a remote-first accommodation, our offices in San Francisco, Detroit, Chicago, and Mexico City will remain operational and accessible for anyone to use on a voluntary basis. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
