Recruiting Coordinator-Field Operations

(Job Number: HUM01002K) Primary Location US-IL-Northfield

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator in Talent Acquisition to support our Field Operations team. This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Northfield, IL. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and hard-working professional with a solid education and an interest in life-cycle recruiting support, as well as a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization.

Responsibilities include:


  • Assist in the recruiting process for all positions within Field Operations. Review resumes and applications, screen potential candidates, schedule interviews (including travel arrangements where necessary), administer assessment testing, make reference and background checks, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence. Ensure timely completion of first day new employee paperwork.
  • Pre-screen resumes to select candidates for consideration. Requires assessment skills and the ability to interpret information to assess qualifications and fit. Direct impact to business area and recruiter pipeline.
  • Implement and execute various sourcing strategies to attract talent (career fairs, recruiting events, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and other Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Facilitate and improve team performance and efficiencies by tracking and monitoring recruiting activities to provide metrics and insights to our business partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment team to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree and recruiting/sourcing experience preferred
  • Experience interacting with internal partners and candidates
  • Experience applying knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, due diligence and relationship management preferred
  • Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Taleo experience preferred
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates preferred
  • Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines preferred
