OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Associate assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, contacting candidates, interviewing, following-up with candidates, and managing the candidate pipeline
Support and assist, when necessary, the recruitment of other roles across the agency
Presenting candidates to hiring managers
Scheduling interviews where appropriate
Working in ADP to make sure all information is accurate
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
Identifying and attending networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, technical schools and outplacement services.
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, background checks and the retention process.
  • Assist talent acquisition staff with recruiting and screening.
  • Format, prepare and maintain staffing documentation.
  • Assist with meeting calendars and scheduling for team members.
  • Other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years of relevant administrative and recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
  • Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  • A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency or proficiency in Spanish

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
