Job Description

Wigen Water Technologies is looking to add a full time recruiter/talent acquisition specialist to our team. Wigen Water Technologies® has grown to become a leading OEM of custom water treatment systems, specializing in application-specific, cost-effective and reliable solutions for industrial, municipal and ultrapure clients. Our products include a variety of state-of-the-art technologies, expertly designed to meet each client’s specific needs. From primary filtration to distribution and recycling, Wigen has the capability to tackle the most complex water treatment challenges.

Summary

Directs and coordinates recruiting, interviewing and onboarding company personnel. Knowledge of marketing, social media and interactive strategies to promote, engage and guide candidates through the recruiting process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Actively recruit nationwide and local candidates to join our Corporate Team

· Prepare job postings and advertisements for identified open positions

· Source, screen resumes, interview and assist in selection process

· Assist managers in scheduling interviews and evaluation of candidates

· Ensures all hiring processes are effective and legally compliant.

· Track and log candidate information

· Create, review and send employment agreements and offer letters to applicable new hires

· Updates job descriptions with assistance from department employees and manager to ensure complete and current information.

· Negotiate contracts with staffing agencies; coordinate applicable positions

Miscellaneous Duties and Responsibilities

· Other HR projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Associates degree or higher in HR, business or related field; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Head hunting experience preferred

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

· Ability to write business correspondence, and procedures.

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, owner and employees.

Physical Demands

· Regularly required to sit and talk or hear.

· Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

· Occasionally required to stand and walk.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
