Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter will support company recruitment goals and perform additional duties to include onboarding, record-keeping, and recruitment. The Corporate Recruiter serves a key role in identifying talent, evaluating candidates and guiding them through our interview process.

In this role, you will assist with:

  • Direct contact with job candidates
  • Administrative tasks related to resume processing including sorting and selection
  • Administrative tasks related to employee relations and engagement
  • Scheduling telephone and in-person interviews
  • Screening candidates by phone
  • Evaluating resumes
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards
  • Performing research as directed
  • Creating candidate offers and onboarding
  • Assist HR (People Experience Department) as needed
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by manager

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
