Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter will support company recruitment goals and perform additional duties to include onboarding, record-keeping, and recruitment. The Corporate Recruiter serves a key role in identifying talent, evaluating candidates and guiding them through our interview process.
In this role, you will assist with:
- Direct contact with job candidates
- Administrative tasks related to resume processing including sorting and selection
- Administrative tasks related to employee relations and engagement
- Scheduling telephone and in-person interviews
- Screening candidates by phone
- Evaluating resumes
- Posting job advertisements to job boards
- Performing research as directed
- Creating candidate offers and onboarding
- Assist HR (People Experience Department) as needed
- Assist with other projects as assigned by manager
