We are one of the largest Home Health Care agencies in NYC. Our offices are conveniently located in all five boroughs and Long Island.

We provide quality in-Home Health Care services for the elderly and chronically ill through trained and compassionate caregivers.

We are looking to hire an experience Recruiter/ Marketer for Our Long Island Location to help us grow. Someone who can bring us more Home Health Aide/ Patient Care Assistant Students/ to bring us more Certified Home Health Aide and Patients.
Responsibilities;

• The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate marketer with a proven track record of managing teams that execute effective multi-channel programs that create demand and nurture target customers
• You will focus on partnering across recruiting managers and closely with our sourcing team developing content, social media and interactive engagements to be used in campaign marketing
• Lead Okta’s overall recruitment attraction strategy, in partnership and alignment with Okta Corporate Marketing
• People Leader – manage, lead, grow and develop a high performing team of talent marketers
• Build and execute a go to market strategy focused on selling our product, a career at Okta, to qualified talent globally
• Own and build a creative content strategy to be used in marketing campaigns; inclusive of web, social and other mediums
• Work closely with the Recruitment Leadership team to determine needs and programs in order to support pipeline goals; i.e. referral marketing, alumni marketing, etc…
• Manage marketing agencies and develop activities including video development, webinars, etc…
• Synthesize inputs to optimize messages and create clear and differentiated positioning
• Support the sourcing team’s ability to launch effective acquisition and nurture campaigns to acquire talent
• Manage and measure our careers site, making enhancements and improvements necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
