Recruiter responsibilities include networking, sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our positions. About the role
    • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
    • Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of candidates.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
    • Become a strategic business partner with the business leaders to ensure a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions.
    • Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.
    • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams throughout the hiring process, providing excellent customer service at every step.
    • Analyze results and look for ways to evolve and improve our recruiting efforts. Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
    • Identify and implement new recruiting strategies focused on sourcing
    • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Required Skills and Experience
    • 1 or more years of experience working as a recruiter building out talent pipelines in the technology industry
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment, with high volume recruiting
    • Confident in communication and interaction with executive leaders
    • Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a proven pipeline of talent. Stays abreast of trends, developments, and changes within the industry
    • Knows how and when to use relationships to solve problems and meet objectives
    • Demonstrates an ability to comprehend the nuances and responsibilities of each job description and optimally ask questions to vet candidate viability
    • Strong customer and partnership focus with a team-oriented spirit
    • Can work within recruiting software such as Lever or similar platforms to streamline recruiting efforts
    • Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and cold calling techniques
    • Ability to proactively analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy issues
