Provides high quality customer service, general office support functions, and administrative support for agency management and direct service teams. Greets and assist callers and visitors to our office. Provides office support services including data entry, typing, correspondence, copying, collating, mail preparation, telephone reminders and meeting preparation. Keeps an inventory of office and kitchen supplies and purchases replacement supplies when needed. Maintains compliance with infection control safety plan.
Education: Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and experience.
Experience: Requires 1 year office, customer service, data entry and computer experience
Competencies: Requires proficiency in MS Office, data entry and accounting software; ability to prioritize; attention to detail; knowledge of office procedures; strong customer service skills; effective oral and written communication; and ability to work with people from a wide range of economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
